Cottonwood Rental
I rented this townhouse for my annual ski trip to Utah. I have rented 2 previous times in this same neighborhood because of the convenient location to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. House was clean, however I would not call it "updated". Upon arrival, I checked hot tub, tub water was not clean and needed chemicals...called property manager and they were surprised and took care of problem right away. Hot tub is old and should be removed or replaced. Deck in rear of house is in need of paint and repair. House itself is very dated and needs to be upgraded. Very dark inside with heavy curtains and broken Venetian blinds. Master bedroom which is located over garage was very cold. Kitchen is small...plenty of dishes and silverware, but some of the pans could be replaced and toaster was broken (only 2 of 4 slots worked). I would not rent this property again.

Great location, easy access to both Solitude and Alta. Smallish deck and bbq. TV did not work. Great field nearby for recreation. Communication with the owner was weak. No response to email during stay. Would repeat, but would also shop around.

Great off the mountain location
If you want the convenience of staying in a house but not pay the price of staying on the mountain then this is the place for you. This place is located 15 min from Snowbird and Alta. Close to grocery stores. The house had plenty of room for 8 adults to sleep and relax comfortably. Everything was clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, Spacious and Centrally Located
This a perfect spot for a group of 4-14. Huge place with a great location right in between little cottonwood and big cottonwood. Grocery store, shopping, restaurants all within minutes plus a bus stop and park and ride at the community entrance. This is the perfect spot for a ski vacation or summer expedition.

Great Location for mountain activities
The property is a 5 minute drive to stores and 20 minute drive to the slopes. Inside there's plenty of space for guests and comfy beds. The community is quite compact, but it feels safe and quiet.
