bathroom tiles were loose, grout was missing, very amateur workmanship even though excellent tiles were used. couch was great, bed was poor, cushions had pilling on the covers. none of the room doors closed easily.

Thank you Timothy for staying with us and for your opinion on workmanship within the bathroom. We are terribly sorry the new kingsize bed with new mattress was not to your liking, however I feel this is more a case of personal performance and 'poor'. Shame you didn't mention the spa bath in your suite with a built in radio or the waterfall shower however we are super thrilled you liked our choice of tiles.

Amazing stay

Me and my partner visited St Hildas for the evening for my birthday after high recommendation off a friend. We stayed in the Cairo suite. From the moment we arrived we recieved a warm welcome from Ricky. After a chat and shown around we settled in. The area is a lovely and quiet. Just what we needed for a relaxing break. Now for the room. Wow is all I can say. Everything about it is amazing. The hot tub is a dream and was lovely just relaxing with a bottle of bubbly. I will without a doubt be returning and trying the other rooms available. Thank you for a lovely stay and welcome.
