Newly Updated Condo in Indian Beach with Ocean Views!

Colony by the Sea 220 has a beautiful Ocean view and a large balcony. It has been recently remodeled. A large master bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom had a double and bunk beds with a hall bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and small appliances, Large Living and Dining area. The condo and complex are very family friendly with pool and grilling area. There are Televisions in every room. Enjoy the selection of games and books for entertaining children. NO SMOKING and NO PETS. Linens and towels are included with beds made. Rents Saturday to Saturday.

CBS is a smoke free/vape free community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
Renters are not allowed to smoke inside the condos.

Great property. Great location.
We really enjoyed this condo. Very well equipped. We wish we had known there were beach chairs there and it would have saved us extra cargo in our car. There was a slight cigarette smell every time we entered the unit but it wasn’t prevalent when you were in unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Colony by the Sea 220. The condo was spacious and recently renovated. The pool bathrooms do need some work but the overall property was beautiful and quiet. Perfect for families with small children. The beach isn’t as crowded as some of the other major vacation spots. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay
Really enjoyed our stay, but make sure you remember your linens! Also, when we first walked in it smelled like a smoker was there but toward the end of the trip the smell went away- not sure if that was bc of a neighbor or just got used to it. Otherwise very spacious, great view, access to a pool and hot tub, and kitchen was amazing - wish mine was this nice!

Family Friendly
Unfortunately we are leaving today after a week long stay. I absolutely loved our time here. This was a wonderful space for my children and I to unwind and spend time as a family. Thank you to the owner for sharing your beautiful beach house!
