This is a hostel, not a hotel
This business should not be listed as a hotel, as it is a hostel with substandard conditions. We paid for a "Superior Triple Room" with a balcony, and were assigned a room that only had 2 uncomfortable beds and no balcony to speak of. When we tried to open the curtains, the curtain rod came crashing down, and the window flew open. The only way we could secure it shut was to use a strap from our own suitcases. Had we not done this, we would not have felt safe sleeping there at night or leaving our belongings in the room during the day. Our toilet seat came off the toilet entirely, and the toilet would not flush until we went across the street and purchased a bucket, which we had to fill with water from the shower. The power went out multiple times, so we were forced to take freezing cold showers, and the shower always overflowed. The quality and quantity of the towels were very poor, and the linens did not seem clean. There were no hangers available to hang our things. They advertise WiFi, but the connection was so weak that we could not use it. The most telling aspect of this visit was the fact that we saw an employee in the lobby wearing a "Hostel Porto Salvador" shirt. Exactly. This is not a hotel. It is an overpriced hostel.

Ripped off
Paid for most expensive room at highest rate and then given cheapest hostel room and told no other rooms available to change. When asked for reimbursement was told owner wasn't around and staff not authorised to repay. Eventually had to threaten going to police and staff reimbursed 3/4 from their own savings. Think owner was intentionally overbooking and hoping we would just move on. Thank god his staff showed more humanity.

This place is not worth the price.... Not by far that is. True, it's the World Cup and everything is overpriced, but this hotelroom is at the most worth 1/5th of what we had to pay! Nothing nice about this place, so I'd say: Just don't go there....!

Gostei do custo x benefĆ­cio, boa localizaĆ§Ć£o, cama confortĆ”vel, ar condionado, TV e chiveiro elĆ©trico funcionando muito bem. Quarto estĆ” precisando de uma pintura, entretanto NƃO tem cheiro de mofo, que Ć© algo muito importante pra mim! CafĆ© da manhĆ£ legal. Ponto ruim: nĆ£o tem estacionamento, entretanto tem um estacionamento rotativo muito prĆ³ximo que pagamos R$ 40,00 a diaria.

Estadia bem gostosa, muito prĆ³ximo a praia. Quarto de tamanho bom. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ tambĆ©m bom, poderia aumentar a variedade de pĆ£es. ƀ recepĆ§Ć£o muito educada. Como sugestĆ£o ao hotel, pensar em alguma forma de permitir que os hĆ³spedes lavem os pĆ©s, retirando a areia, antes de entrar no hotel.

Hotel com o melhor custo benefƭcio que ja fiquei, perto a 2minutos a pƩ da praia do porto e bem perto da praia farol do porto. O farol da barra a poucos minutos tb com um por do sol paradisƭaco, tem supermercado e caixa 24hs em frente o hotel, farmƔcia do lado e barzinhos aos montes. Fica perto do shopping da barra.O hotel muito limpo, quarto espaƧo com sacada, toalhas e lencois impecƔveis, ar funcionando na alta, cafe da manha delicioso, enfim, sem nada a reclamar.Voltarei sempre.
