Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

No geral, o hotel é muito bem localizado, porém, têm alguns problemas que dificultam o dia a dia como: 1. os cartões chave do quarto desmagnetizam sempre e você precisa passar na recepção sempre que sai do quarto. 2. o cofre do meu quarto não tinha tampa, ou seja não podia ser utilizado 3. Vaso sanitário “solto”, balançando sempre que tentávamos usar. 4. Espelhos manchados de mofo, dificultando o reflexo, inclusive os dos banheiros das áreas comuns(piscina) . 5. Porta com buracos. 6. Cortinas manchadas e com aparência suja. 7. Poucas tomadas no quarto funcionando e fios expostos e na cabeceira da cama.

Praticamente tudo ok. Funcionários educados. Bom café da manhã e quarto confortável. Único problema, é bem sério, é que o banheiro da suíte tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto. Não reclamei porque fiquei apenas uma noite. Ótima localização.

De todos os hotéis que fiquei na minha vida eu nunca estive em um como este, confesso que minha esposa e eu ficamos sem acreditar que esse estabelecimento é um hotel, quando chegamos na entrada tudo bem, fizemos o check in e subimos pro quarto, quando abrimos a porta veio a decepção o quarto era horrível, a piso manchado, a cama parecia ter uns 30 anos de uso, tv não funcionava, não tivemos coragem de desfazer as malas, o banheiro pior que banheiro publico, serio sem exagero. Não somos exigentes mas esse estabelecimento precisa de uma intervenção urgente.
