Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Os quartos são confortáveis, porém os funcionários são bem impacientes e até meio mau educados. O café da manhã é de baixíssima qualidade, pouca variedade e o pouco que tem não presta. A área da piscina tem apenas duas cadeiras para sentar, sendo que uma delas está quebrada. Não curti a experiência, não voltarei ao hotel.

Ao chegar ao hotel, fui surpreendido com uma informação não mencionada na reserva: o estacionamento não estava incluído, exigindo o pagamento de uma taxa adicional de R$ 20,00. Mesmo assim, o estacionamento estava lotado, e acabei sendo forçado a deixar o carro na rua. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, apresentando pouca qualidade. Além disso, os painéis dos elevadores encontravam-se danificados, e, no corredor do segundo andar, havia goteiras que comprometiam a experiência. Por fim, o box do banheiro apresentava um aspecto visivelmente encardido, reforçando uma sensação de descuido nos detalhes da hospedagem.

Durante minha estadia no hotel, fiquei extremamente insatisfeito com o péssimo atendimento da equipe noturna. Para começar, o quarto não possuía cobertor, e ao solicitar um, fui informado de que não havia disponibilidade. Além disso, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando corretamente, tornando o ambiente desconfortável. O café da manhã foi outra decepção, com pouquíssimas opções e uma qualidade muito abaixo do esperado para o padrão do hotel. A falta de cuidado e atenção aos detalhes tornaram a experiência frustrante e aquém das expectativas.

Passei duas noites no hotel e, infelizmente, a experiência foi marcada por muito barulho. Na segunda noite, apesar de estar cansada, não consegui dormir. À meia-noite, alguém confundiu os quartos e bateu repetidamente na minha porta, o que me assustou, pois estava apenas com meu filho. Após perceber o engano, a pessoa foi embora, mas o susto e a situação me deixaram alerta. Durante a madrugada, houve ainda mais barulho: risadas, portas abrindo e fechando. Pela manhã, às seis, tudo se repetiu. Acredito que o hotel não possua bom isolamento acústico, pois qualquer som nos quartos ao lado parecia vir diretamente do meu. Isso foi incômodo. Apesar disso, achei o hotel bem organizado. Os funcionários foram educados e prestativos, embora houvesse certa desorganização no check-in e check-out devido ao número limitado de atendentes. Com um melhor isolamento, a experiência seria muito mais confortável.
