We are huge design lovers and loved everything here from the interior design to the customer hospitality of this hotel. Would stay here again in the future and recommend to others. Extremely close to shopping, main attractions, and the train station.

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was perfect for three adults. It had all of the amenities of a hotel but the size of an apartment all at a reasonable rate. It was an easy walk to the train station and other transportation hubs. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for family of 4. Very new, comfortable beds and great location. Staff are very helpful.

Nice property with excellent staff.
Very helpful and professional staff. Ros were clean and nicely decorated. The efforts to become an eco-friendly hotel decreased our satisfaction with the property. The AC was locked so we could not get the room comfortable. The eco soaps did not lather effectively requiring us to use four times the normal amount.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very big! We had a “studio” and it was huge! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is over priced but we didn’t find many alternative options within walking distance. The area is noisy but convenient to walk to the train station. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel is very old, but nice. The rooms are large and we had a balcony viewing the Dolomites. The ladies at the front desk were very good but their English marginal. The bathroom was large but you need to be gymnast to get into the bathtub/shower….very high to step into and very narrow. Breakfast was marginal. Eggs ok but bacon and ham terrible. Coffee machine not good either. Hotel is in a great location and convenient. Beautiful area of Italy.

This hotel is almost brand new, with everything very nice. The lady at the front desk , Lina, was very, very helpful especially on day trips to Hallstatt and Germany National Park. The rooms with a balcony are a little nicer and less street noise than street side.

Hotel was great, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Hotel could use a concierge or even a person at the desk who could book tours and airport transfers. Well located near the train station, 20 min walk into the main square. Hotel was perfect for our family of 4, great size room and very clean. Breakfast was ok but very expensive at $25 euros a person for what it is.

This was a beautiful new hotel! Everything was so cute. And the room we stayed in really was big enough for 3 people which is hard to find in Europe. I would decorate my house how the room and common areas were decorated. The staff was all really friendly and we had a car and parking was easy. Only a few minute walk to get to some of the popular areas in Salzburg. Really was a great experience. Would stay again

Nice hotel. Very comfy beds. The gym hours were 3pm-9pm which was not conducive with our schedule and they did not have shampoo or conditioner in the showers. The lobby is nice.
