I go every year. this is my second time staying at this property. good staff, very clean, very nice and quiet. check in was easy, simple. room and view was beautiful. one critique maybe the hotel or management need to be clearer or state or put in writing or have something in the room about the hotel, things to do or how to use the tv, hours for the pool things like that. I feel for me and my family I needed that. Loved my stay. Thank you

Very awesome and dedicated staff naming like Alicia, Yocata, Glen, Jeyson, Rafael, my special bartender Jose, all front desk staff like Ivette and other like Franky, Pamela etc... The bad part was my room TV issues, the lobby very very hot 🔥 and the public toilets 🚻 at end of the restaurant smell very very bad, it's stinky stinky.
