In a magnificent brand new chalet located at the entrance of Samoëns on the southern slope, 90 m² apartment located on the ground floor and opening onto a large terrace with superb panoramic views of the Giffre valley.

Interior description:
Living / dining room of 30 m², open fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with shower room and WC, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC. Fully equipped apartment to accommodate 8 people. 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x190) 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80x90) Equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob). Raclette machine, fondue machine, washing machine, WiFi.
Baby equipment available (cot with sheets, high chair), sledge and skis for children 3 - 6 years.
Possibility to rent household linen (sheets, towels and table / kitchen linen): 10 euros per person per week.
Possibility of a package for cleaning at the weekend: 60 euros

Your environment:
The Chalet is located in Samoëns, in the heart of the Grand Massif, a village rich in history and culture, ideal for ski and paraglider lovers as well as for families. Many leisure activities available for all winter and summer.

Access to the ski area:
Samoëns is a mountain village located 650 m above sea level. Access to the Grand Massif ski area is by a very practical cable car next to Samoëns village which provides the climb to Samoëns 1600 and which arrives directly from the slopes and ski schools.
This gondola is located about 1 km from the center of Samoëns village.
The chalet has a privileged location. Ideally located on the southern slope, above the village, you can enjoy maximum sunshine and a panoramic view of the whole Giffre valley.
From the chalet, it will take you 5 minutes by car to reach the cable car and park easily on a large free parking lot located right in front.

Fantastic
Beautiful chalet which was very well equipped. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to village but bit more on way back as uphill and limited lighting. Fantastic views. Would strongly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Tout était bien, chalet compact avec cuisine moderna, belle terrasse en plein soleil avec vu sur Samoëns. Seul élément qui est dommage, est que le bain n'était pas fonctionnel. Sinon chalet a conseillé !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le chalet d’Alice. Celui-ci est très bien équipé, tout est là, on a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer du bon temps en famille. Mention spéciale pour la magnifique vue depuis le chalet ! Un petit bémol cependant pour l’accès du parking au chalet un peu compliqué sinon tout était parfait 👌 Les enfants et nous mêmes étions ravis de notre séjour ! Nous recommandons 👍

Chalet chaleureux et agréable !
Ayant réservé ce chalet pour un séjour d'hiver je n'ai pas été déçu de mon choix. Bien équipé et bien agencé, vous serez agréablement accueilli par des propriétaires aux petits soins et vous aurez tout le confort moderne à votre disposition. Tout en profitant d'une vue panoramique sur le Vercland absolument magnifique. Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine pour profiter cette fois-ci des remontées 😀!
