The home is barely 0.3 km away from Aghia Paraskevi Beach with crystal clear waters inviting you in. Livadaki Beach is a rather fun place with shallow waters, many restaurants and the thrill of water sports awaits you. You can head to the mountains of Kerkis and Ambelos with picturesque villages and ravines which offer beautiful views. The main port of Vathi is located at 8 km and the port Karlovasi is 9 km away.

The home has a kitchen and a TV for your enjoyment. The home has air conditioning so you can be comfortable in summer, as well as multiple balconies and garden furniture, ideal to enjoy the views. The poolside has sun loungers and a parasol. The home comes with parking for your car. In the wardrobes you will find extra towels and linen. It is not allowed to take the towels out of the house area.

Samos Airport is 23 km away, the ferry port is 8 km away, and public transport can be found 8 km away.

Note: The house has been cleaned and sterilized efficiently.

The pool is an automated eco-swimming pool with 1,60m depth. As an international rule please shower down well before you use it. Diving is prohibited. Please do not swim after you have consumed food or alcohol. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Upon the day of your departure please leave the house keys in the house on the table of the living room.
