Til prisen er Perlen et fint sted, et stort minus er dog at efter jeg havde fået min nøgle, og taget til mit møde, kom hjem til mit værelse hvor der sidder en NY nøgle i døren...…. det er sgu ikke særlig smart.

Hyggelig hotel ved færgehavnen.
Fint beliggende hotel ved vandet. Værelse pænt og rent ,dog ikke så stort.Tv og hurtig wifi på værelse . Vært og personale vældig søde og imødekommende. Morgenmad som kan tilkøbes var overdådig med alt hvad hjertet kan begære af lækkerier.Vi spiste aftensmad på hotellets restaurant , lækker mad og store portioner til OK priser. Alt i alt en god oplevelse at besøge Samsø Perlen.

Kedeligt værelse, men villig personale til nyt
vi fik værelse med vindue direkte til emhætte fra køkkenet, så der lugtede af friture fisk, men vores velvillige vært fik sørget for at vi fik et bedre værelse.

Dårlig service.
Opholdet tilsvarede forventningerne, men da vi checkede ud aftalte vi med stedet, at vores bagage kunne blive, idet vi først skulle med færgen kl. 18.15. Stor var vores overraskelse, da vi kom til stedet kl. 17.45 og ville afhente baggagen - der var lukket og der var telefonsvarer på hovednummeret til stedet. Der var utrolig mange hjælpsomme naboer og gæster på stedet, som forsøgte at finde ejeren m.v. Fakta var at ejeren ringede til os dagen efter ved 09-tiden og at vi kunne afhente vores bagage ved færgen på Jyllandssiden kl. 11.45. På det tidspunkt trængte vi også til, at få børstet tænder og få nyt tøj på. Til vores indvending til ejeren om, at det var dårlig service at udleje værelser og tilbyde opbevaring sg bagage ( uden oplysning om, at stedet lukker søndag kl. 16.00) uden man kan komme i kontakt telefonisk med stedet: “det et den måde vi har valgt at høre det på”. Jeg kan kun konstatere, at det er ekstrem dårlig service!!!!!!
