The details you gave said valet parking was free. It was not. It was $48/night. The rooms were very nice, however the hotel shared a building with Western Element. Western provided free breakfast, but the side we stayed on did not. When I came out of the gym in the morning people were eating breakfast that was not available to us; they were actually carding people. Because they shared a space, I felt this should have been an option for our side also. Our breakfast was $18/person and it wasn't all you could eat like the breakfast offered in the building for Western Element.

Our stay here was great. We rated it an 8/10 and was traveling for leisure purposes. Right along the riverwalk and super close to Downtown San Antonio however just far enough from all the noise. The Watson Rooftop Bar was scenic and a great space to drink, leisure, and relax both inside and outside. They also had a live DJ, we went on Latin night. The room was cozy and easily able to change the temps. There was some unclean spots within our room, but was handled within minutes of me reporting it. Elevator was broken for 1 out of 3 so there were some delays at times. Overall would definitely book here again!

Hotel itself is very clean, rooms were also very clean. It’s in a downtown area…just like every other downtown hotel, it has its downsides on the outside.

The property itself was beautiful. Our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear it go up and down. Parking is $35 a night, not included in price of room and not mentioned on Expedia. Since we booked through Expedia, they required a room deposit, which was not mentioned until we checked in.

Property was beautiful. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Good resturants and bars inside the hotel and in the area. Breakfast was good when ordering from the menu. The only thing that was disappointing was I booked a King bed city veiw and they gave me a room with 2 queen beds and I didn't sleep well at all due to my feet were hanging off the bed. Make sure you call and checkbto make sure they give you the correct room.

The hotel overall is nice, although I had the last king bed room right next to the elevators. It was unbelievably loud all night every night. The hotel and staff were very nice, but the noise was a real issue.

Liked the simplicity of the rooms, shower and bathroom layout. Nice to have a safe, mini fridge, iron in the room. Designers need to work on the following: Unintentional loud closing of doors by other guests. Most people aren't going to notice how they close the door so design a door that closes more quietly. Red light "off" indicator on tv and smoke detector light irritiating when trying to get to sleep.
