DONT STAY HERE
We did not stay not even 1hr! It was disgusting DO NOT stay here, dirty sheets, dirty toilet seats, vomit in lobby bathroom, pubic hair and stains on sheets, bugs, dirty counters etc. although the staff tried to help us. They just could not get it together. They were so kind, but my goodness that kindness can’t cover up the fact that it was a very DIRTY place. And we had children with us. It was so disgusting

Decepcionado totalmente del hotel. En las 3 noches que me hospedé, nunca limpiaron la habitación. Además, me hicieron un cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito por $155 dólares varias horas antes de llegar al check in, cargo que me dijeron en el hotel que tardarían una semana en devolvérmelo. Luego, al día siguiente me hicieron otro cargo por $25 dólares, que también me dijeron me lo iban a devolver una semana después. Lo cual me parece totalmente injusto e incorrecto.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. The staff was late at check-in, and they had us waiting. There was a long line of upset customers. They were rude and provided bad service. The elevators were out of order, and there were no parking spaces. I am not looking forward to staying here in the future.

I should’ve researched a bit more before booking this one. The negative reviews are pretty consistent with my experience. They just don’t take care of the rooms very well… mold, mildew unpleasant odor etc

Toilet was not working, water tank would not fill up had to fill it up with the ice bucket to flush it. I called the front desk and he said he would move us but never called me or came to my room. But over all the hotel was nice and clean.

Awful experience
When we arrived I requested room cleaning for our stay. This is available upon request. After entering the room, we discovered the toilet seat was very broken so we requested it be fixed. We went out the next day in the early morning and did not return until 11 PM. No room cleaning, no fresh towels, the toilet seat was still broken, and we were asked to come down at 11 OM to get new towels. Also, we were charged twice for a @deposit” even after paying for our room, which already had cleared our bank. Still waiting for that refund. Will not stay there again.
