It was a walkable distance to both the market riverside and downtown, and felt safe even walking in the evening. It’s always disappointing having to pay more for parking, although all hotels add that on additionally. No free breakfast either, which in addition to parking bring the cost of a stay up quite a bit, but we were very happy with our stay.

Great stay!
The room was spacious and clean. We had a patio room that led to the courtyard where we enjoyed a beautiful firepit. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again!
