Whenever I fly in or out of San Antonio I say at the Crown, it's great place, ad close to the airport and restaurants, and it is affordable

For crown, Plaza was definitely disappointed. The stay was horrible. Very dirty bad service they have rats in the pipes hard to explain, but couldn’t sleep all night from it heating system didn’t work. We woke up freezing how cold it was breakfast was unbearable and the lady there named destiny had very bad attitude. wasn’t polite at all. my wife asked her for butter and she got upset and gave my wife attitude and asked her to leave would never stay again.
