They earned my loyalty
This brand has kind of won my loyalty based on my 3 night stay recently. The breakfast in nearly as good as you would find at an ihop, and the kickback dinner with 3 free alcoholic beverages is a huge plus when you are done for the day and come in early. The facility is clean, rooms space on the larger side, and staff enthusiasm was refreshing from what I usually have at like Hilton branded hotels.

Dependable and wonderful
Drury is my hotel of choice when I'm San Antonio. The front desk staff and kitchen staff are always friendly and competent. I love the evening "snack" time and the breakfast bar is always dependable. Plus fresh popcorn in the lobby? Yes please. My only questions/suggestions would be to have a trash can next to toilet as well as a fan for the shower steam.
