Appreciated the breakfasts and kickback evening drinks and food. Our suite was roomy and clean but seemed dreary with only a little window in each part looking down the alley. Staff was very nice but we did need to remind them to clean our room on 2 of the days we were there.

Making memories w/family
We were able to gather and have one last family night before some of them had to fly back home. We love this hotel because the easy access to the Riverwalk. It’s so nice to have the little soda fountain down in the lobby and the popcorn. the breakfast was great. I’ve stayed there many times before and every chance I get I will continue to stay there. I got the room that had two queen beds and the couch that let out to a bed since there was a big football game on our whole family was able to sit and watch the game together(which was 7 people). Wonderful stay ♥️

The room was very clean, well laid out and comfortable. Location was perfect, situated on the river walk and within walking distance of the Majestic, several nice restaurants, and other local points of interest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and plan on staying there again on our next trip to San Antonio!

Parking was terrible. I had to spend half an hour looking for a spot since my car doesn’t fit into any available parking space . Otherwise everything was great . We loved it . Thanks for the dinner and breakfast. My kids enjoyed it

Amazing!!! I called to ask for recommendations to have balloons delivered to our room for my fiancé's’ birthday weekend and instead Inelaina took it upon herself to decorate the room so when we arrived it would be a very special welcoming!!! It’s the little details like this that make you want to stay here again! Everything was superb! The check in, cleanliness and the little balcony has a beautiful view of the riverwalk at night with all the twinkling lights made for fantastic pictures! The only negative I experienced was the small elevators and only 2. At times we had to wait for the next one because room service or housekeeping was going between floors with their carts and well there wasn’t enough room to get on with our luggage cart. We missed the social hour but we will definitely be back to check that out!
