I don’t understand why are they charging you a parking fee of $10 If you are already paid the booking to stay there and everything I mean it should be on the online That when you arrive at your hotel you will be charged an additional fee for parking This is the first time in so many booking that we get charged to park when already paid

The Hotel was nice But the staff was terrible Seems like it was a bother to check in Teo people at the counter to check in the lady finished her customer and I had to wait on the other guy to finish to check in Then the charge my card before I checked out I was going to pay cash like I always do Je said it would take to long to reverse the charge Like he didn’t know how to cancel the charge the STAFF is the first and last view to customer I won’t be using this hotel on my next trip

Close enough to River Walk to walk but make sure you have comfortable shoes! The area around the hotel is very limited on dining options, but you can walk downtown or take the bus around with a couple bus stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. The room was perfect for a family or just a couple who wanted space to spread out. Very friendly staff and check in was easy.

The area was convenient to the towers but like 30min brisk walk to downtown alamo areas. We got to ride the scooter so it was cool

The hotel was incredible. Very clean, breakfast was a great selection for people with different tastes, staff was very friendly. The only complain isn't a complaint on the hotel. They have a link to order in foods from a selection of restaurants. We ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of root beer. We were quoted 45 minutes and it took 2 hours during which we had to check on it multiple times. To make it worse, it was really terrible. You would be better off ordering carryout or doordash/ubereats/similar service for food

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The check-in experience was poor, with the front desk staff being unfriendly and unwelcoming. The housekeepers were loud in the hallways during the mornings, which made it difficult to relax. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the fitness center was well-maintained, but overall, I expected a better experience.

Very friendly/kind staff, breakfast included, clean room and it’s in walking distance from the Riverwalk. You do have to pay $10 a night for parking. Will be going back on our next visit to SA.

I was ok until check out the bill explanation became a problem, when ask to speak to a manager, when she arrived she was very rude, disrespectful, and overbearing would not let me speak or ask questions or explai, she cut me off during a very short conversation c and said have a good day and good bye! Who is management does that ? I’ve been here to this hotel 3 times but will never, ever return! Very dissatisfied and was disrespected, I’m a senior citizen and she talked to c me like I was a child, her staff are afraid of her and and afraid to speak out,

This hotel was AMAZING! It was super clean, spacious and most of all the customer service was outstanding. Would definitely book if We're ever back in beautiful San Antonio. Thank you Hotels.com for such great prices. P.s. parkibg was only $10 not 30 or 40 like other nearby hotels. The Riverwalk is pretty close and walkable.
