Everything & Everyone was very friendly except for the Breakfast. It was yuck. Everything was yuck. All items that should have been cold was warm & everything that should have warm was cold. The orange juice was way too warm. YUCK. The people back there were not very friendly for sure. Not helpful at all. Thank you. The front desk was fabulous & so helpful.

The check in receptionist was friendly , professional, cheerful, sincere and helpful. Hotel was clean . Dining room was big, and niceThe valet employees were friendly. Close to River walk. The room was clean, nice, spacious. I didn’t like the lobby, it looked cheap, weird decor, depressing and looked cramped m. It didn’t look like a hotel lobby. It didn’t make me feel welcome and had the wow factor.

The decorative trees in the sidewalk were unsafe. They have grates around them with a deep gap all around the tree. I fell in the gap and had to grab on to the tree as I was falling down. Instead of the valets coming to my aid they laughed. Someone walking by came running and helped me up. Very unprofessional by far. Then when taking a shower the water did not drain well at all. I unscrewed the stopper and there was enough hair in there which was the size of a small rat. Very unacceptable. It hadn't been looked at for quite some time. I did take a picture and show the manager she was very apologetic. I also told her what happened with my fall as well. I was badly bruised in multiple places. Luckily I did not break anything. The mattresses really could use an upgrade. I could feel the springs in the mattress. This is a shared property so there are two separate breakfast spots. The other hotel name had way more options for breakfast which was very surprising. If I was going to stay on the Riverwalk again I would stay closer to the many restaurants and the Riverwalk Mall as our Hotel was quite a walk from where the action was.

A really great hotel with a really great view!! A really great hotel with a really great view. The only drawback is you have to give a $50 deposit PER NIGHT… which is wiiildly inconvenient when you’re on a budget and staying for 3 nights. My only complaint!

This hotel was clean and an easy walk to the riverwalk. Anthony at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good for being free. Would definitely stay there again! Only complaint is you can hear the garbage being picked up early in the morning if you stay on the street side which can be loud.

I don't want to give a review about the property . I want to review expedia. The hotel did not have my reservation, but knew that I had booked thru expedia, so they found me a room. I paid extra for a balcony room, alas that was not available, supposely I got my refund, will have to check. There needs to be a more concise way for expedia to verify rooms when booking thru them. Almost was a fiasco.

Really a good place to stay if you want to walk around everywhere in downtown San Antonio. River walk, alamo, shopping, eating...all easily walkable. I felt safe with my family and enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is I reserved a two bed suite. When I checked in they had overbooked and for one night I had to stay in a one bed suite. With the number in my group that was not the best, but they did give me a new room for the remainder of my visit. The clerk said he would ask about a discount on valet parking or my room cost for the overbooking, but I never heard anymore about it. That is really my only complaint...if you want to stay in downtown San Antonio, I would stay here again.
