While the stay itself was great staff were extremely helpful, it would’ve been nice to try Dean’s but after waiting for 25 minutes at a table and not being acknowledged by any waiter or staff. I just decided to visit another well rated steakhouse nearby and do not regret it.

This hotel is a model for what a 5-star hotel should be. From the moment we were welcomed by the doormen, every single employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and made us feel like we were the most important guests in their hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful with amazing amenities and was the best hotel experience we have had in many, many years.

The rooms itself was nice although the concrete floors are super cold, espeicallt after a shower. The valet service is a bunch of young kids who are rude and dont know what they are doing. Issues with them when we first got there was unfortunate but the hotel is nice and clean. Traffic is bad because of the construction of the roads.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was wonderfully helpful and welcoming.! It feels like you are in large beautiful decorated and expensive hotel. The bar is outstanding, with a free social hour and another rooftop bar which was fun. The slight negative was the room, it was pretty basic,
