The property looked as if it was being upgraded, but room was clean, price was reasonable and joined the Wyndham rewards so love the late check-out and the breakfast was great. Overall, would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very conveniently located by the airport as well as the Alamo Heights area.

When arriving to my room I noticed there was a roach in there. I immediately packed my things and talked to the lady at the desk. She was very nice and apologetic and switched me to a different room. Unfortunately, that room also had a roach… mind you this is something I did not want to come to after traveling all day and it being midnight. I then had to cancel my reservation and again the lady was nice and did it for me. I then had book with another hotel across the street.

This use to be a nice hotel, but it has become worn and run down. The elevator floors need replacing, the walls need new paint, & the carpets need a good cleaning or replacing. Housekeeping needs to check the level of the shampoo and body wash. In our room, both were empty! It is convenient to the airport and restaurants. They offer airport shuttles. We probably will look elsewhere to stay the next time we are in SA.
