This newly built 1500 sq ft duplex is designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious open floor plan downstairs features a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV, a modern kitchen, and a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a smart TV, and a private bathroom complete with all amenities. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV. A second full bathroom with all the necessary amenities is also available for your convenience. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring a bunk bed, large bean bag chairs, and a smart TV.
