I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel one night 12-21-2024 confirmation # 86503232 The first weird thing before I even got to my room was the charge of $10 for parking. Then I got to my room and had trouble with the internet. I was supposed to have an account. That whole system was not working. I tried to ring "Front Desk" and "Guest Services" from the room phone and all I got was a busy signal all night. I finally went down to the front desk and got it sorted out. I went to take a shower the next morning (Sunday 22nd) and was completely disgusted. It had not been cleaned and looked like blood all over it see pics. I packed my stuff (without shower) and left. I will never stay there again. I have stayed at that hotel many times over the years and so have my guests from out of town with no problems.

It's an older hotel but it still has charm. The staff helpful & inviting made us feel at home. The Christmas decorations and cleanness of the lobby very nice touch. The gym n pool area very clean and well stocked with towels and fresh fruit infused water. Added bonus for my little girl the pool was a heated, which made her day she was able to swim n really enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff were very helpful and nice. I enjoyed the fun Christmas activities they had for the guests we got to part take in. The room was very clean. Bed sheets were also clean after thorough inspection. Breakfast buffet was also great. The morning staff were amazing and there getting things for us. Overall best experience
