For your protection, the mattress is fitted with anti-bedbug, anti-allergy mattress covers. This house was built in the early 1900's and fully restored in 2018. It is designed to resemble a beach house with high-tech amenities (WiFi, smart TVs with internet, Pandora, Amazon Prime, and Netflix). The main bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. It is about 10 minutes from downtown, and is on a bus route that takes you right into the city. Interstate 10, the major San Antonio artery, is close by. The airport is 4 miles away. The house is solar powered, and is fully insulated with new A/C. It is pet-friendly (no fees), and has a fully fenced and gated back yard. There is a doggie door in the rec room, allowing dogs to come in and out of the fenced part of the yard. We are one block from five well-known restaurants, including two that specialize in ribs, one that serves the best hamburgers in San Antonio, and a popular Mexican breakfast, lunch, and dinner cafe. Our neighborhood is known for the dozen or so antique shops within walking distance. Rates don't change on holidays. I do your maintenance, pay your utilities, and keep up the yard. All furnishings - linen, kitchen gear, towels, cleaning supplies, vacuum, ironing board, washer/dryer, etc. - are provided.
