We booked a room for a much needed getaway. My husband booked a room and paid extra for a room with a balcony. We DID NOT get the room we booked. Called front desk and the rude lady said “you got what you booked. Call hotels.com since you didn’t book it with us directly. And then hung up. The room was a little bigger but no balcony and most of all no MICROWAVE. No ice machine available and the Hallway temperature was 85. We were sweating just waiting for the elevator which conveniently broke and we were in the 8th floor. I had high hope of this hotel. It was a pretty hotel.

Check-in was horrible. I arrived at 2:15 for early check in as a Bonvoy member, I waited in the lobby area until 4:15pm. I checked in on my room 4 times. I asked if it was possible to cancel the reservation without fees and I’d go somewhere else. That motivated them to move from behind the desk and check on the room. Waited 3 minutes for an elevator (this had major delays the entire stay). Got to the room, it was okay but clean. Rooms need to be renovated. Had challenges with the tv remote working. After 3 calls, troubleshooting worked. The staff were friendly but the service was subpar. It located in an odd place with a lot of abandoned businesses around. It is a shuttle service (which they don’t advertise) that came handy for an early flight. I will not return to this location but wish the staff well.

Un pleasant stay!
We couldn’t sleep well, the beds were very uncomfortable. The room was dirty, no microwave in the room. The bathroom door was very heavy. Pillows were old. Not enough light!

I paid for two bed (room )when I got there they said they don’t have that room gave me one bed (room ) this was not a pleasant experience I wouldn’t recommend that being charged for something and putting in the position to accept whatever they give you so overall 1 star
