Not good! I wish they would refund all my money
First they could not find my reservation 2nd they charge $250 deposit and only refund $230.. 3rd they also change $75 per fee 4th the hallways smell a lot like cigarettes. 5th there was dog pee all over 6th there was crumbs all over the stained couch. 7th the table was sticky and also had crumbs. 8th the toilet clogged with only toilet paper. 9th front desk doesn’t answer the phone. 10th everything is outdated!

Very basic hotel. Cleanliness could have been much better. Toilet had urine stains around the front base. Kitchen had 1 glass completely STUCK to the shelf and 2 water bottle caps visible in the garbage disposal. Bed was comfortable and it was a decent place to sleep. It served our purpose.

Nice. But room service didn’t service us. Didn’t bring new clean towels the next day. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Had to go get some from front office. Other than that it was okay. Clean.

So I will start with the bad and finish on the positive. The bad I had some stains on my white comforter on the first night, my room smelled smoky even though they don't allow smoking in the hotel rooms, my coffee mugs still had coffee stains in it and some of the kitchen appliances didn't look too clean, and to top it all off I saw 2 roaches in my room. Now personally I don't do insects period. Especially roaches. Now in all fairness I never complained to the staff so maybe they would've tried to make up for any of it but I didn't want to complain I just tried to fix things on my own. Now the good. The staff is soooo nice and accommodating and when I asked for new sheets and towels my first day they immediately provided them no problem. The price wasn't bad for the room. They try very hard to keep the common areas very clean I always saw someone cleaning. The room is very spacious and does have a lot of things you would need. It was also pretty quiet. I also like that the laundry was free. And the location seems good. I'm not too familiar with the area but it seemed like it was pretty close to everything. Only 15 -20 minutes to downtown. So there's lots of positives and some negatives about this place. Hopefully that helps someone else make a decision on moving in.
