Overall the stay was great, my only concern is the parking, we are already paying enough for the stay, parking should be included and easy. I had to wait 15 mins outside the driveway waiting on someone from valet, I looked inside and the front desk people are just looking at me like I was lost or crazy. finally I got off my vehicle and went inside to ask for valet and when I believe a valet a representative should be asking instead of us having to look for them.

Nice hotel
We had a suite. It was nice and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge. Parking is $35 a night but we caught a special and it was free. Within walking distance to the Riverwalk. Only thing is, late at night it seemed like cars were loud at night. Not sure if it was cause we were near the freeway or what.

We waited over an hour for our room, keep in mind we had traveled for 8 hours prior to arriving. Front desk staff did not have a sense of urgency and kept us waiting around for more than hour for our room. We kept having to ask if the room was ready. We were told we’d receive a discount for the inconvenience but we were charged full price at check out.
