Love the communication and the property everything was super clean when we got there and user-friendly it was perfect for our first family vacation.

Do not stay here!
Do not stay here!! The home is in the ghetto. We were afraid to leave our car out all night. not only that but the communication with the management company is terrible. They sent us multiple emails and phone calls asking for the same registration card to be completed....we had already completed! We arrived at the house on Christmas day and the door code did not work. I then had to argue with the management company on the phone about the multiple times we had sent in the info they required but they couldn't find. We stood outside in the dark for 20 minutes....in the ghetto! Beds were comfy and home was clean but sofa was a futon and extremely uncomfortable. There is also no oven in the lovely renovated kitchen!! So on Christmas day we were unable to cook and were unable to buy take out....because everything was closed. Horrible experience all round.
