At the Fiesta Texas location (16 mins drive away) there’s rides for all ages and crazy roller-coasters like Batman, the Boomerang, the Fireball, Goliath, the Iron Rattler, Pandemonium, Poltergeist, and more! Ever wanted to soar through and above treetops? Then go ziplining at Helotes Ziplines just 6 minutes from the house! You can tour the forests and hill country of Helotes on 9 different ziplines, plus, a guide will tell you about the area’s history.
Gold enthusiasts can also bring along their clubs and play at one of the many courses that surround the home with Oak Valley (6 mins away) and Cedar Creek Golf Course (15 minutes away) both great options.
If you love your live music, you can’t go past John T Floore Country Store just 4 mins from the house - don’t be fooled by the name - this place isn’t a store, it’s actually a dance hall and café that has hosted music legends such as Willie Nelson, Patsy Cline, Bob Dylan, Elvis, BB King, and more. There’s a lot of musical history here, so if you get a chance to see an artist perform here, do it! Floore’s is also well known for the tamales, homemade bread, and other Texas-style cafe food.
