Pros: The staff was friendly, the property was in a good location (even though it wasn't right by the river), the silverware was spotless, and the rooms looked modern. Cons: All that incorrect information! 1. The parking issue: Their listing says they have on-site parking for a fee. There was NO on-site parking whatsoever! 2. They claimed they have a valet parking. Well, that wasn't the case either! They may be able to accommodate a valet parking only if you arrive there and register your car with them before 9 pm!! 3. They DO NOT even have a curve to offload your bags, either. Small close-by short-term parking is always taken (one car is their own). You have to look around for parking downtown, then carry all your bags to the hotel. The whole check-in experience was EXTREMELY inconvenient and a total dealbreaker. 4. They claimed they have housekeeping 'per request' on their listing. Well, this wasn't true either. That's actually only the case if you stay for more than 7 days. Otherwise, it's like ~$150! Another deal-breaker for me. 5. As a 'VIP' facility, I was promised three things: room upgrade, late checkout, and drink vouchers. None was granted. 6. Wished windows were 2-layer since it's downtown and very loud since early morning. 7. Some beyond-easy-fix issues, like an overhead lamp (over the bed) and garbage disposal, were broken.

The peace was okay it wasn’t bad but it was not good either. I’ve been wanting to stay here since this place got built. Very noisy for one thing and windows very thin. Safety was concern as well it was not quite the secured room. Door very run down with lock on door very flimsy. I literally put a chair to secure door from how loose it was. Stay in room 0602 this it was very clean they had left towels on the bench as if to already been used. We did love the decor of the place. And the location was perfect for what we were there for. Price was reasonable.

We stayed there for three nights. Upon check-in, we had some issues getting the door to our room to open and after several tries, they ended up giving us a different room that was an upgrade. Beautiful and spacious apartment, but the best feature about the hotel is the location. You are less than 30 seconds walk from the River Walk with all the shops and restaurants. The downsize was the noise at night, which didn’t bother us much. And the staff is kind, friendly, and extremely willing to help! Great customer service! Would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed here multiple times and every staff member is incredibly helpful to any needs that arise, this is an amazing central location. If you’re staying in San Antonio, I can’t recommend it enough.

Loved it!
The hotel was awesome! Great location-you can walk everywhere in the Riverwalk area. The bed was comfy and the rooms were private-I couldn’t hear my neighbors. I’d stay here again!

Great location! Close to so many wonderful restaurants and attractions. The room is small but nice, including a kitchenette and spacious bathroom.The only downside was the noise level from outside. If you choose to stay here bring earplugs! And park a block away at the Houston Garage for $10 a day!
