The toilet was a bit dirty, alot of noise in the streets but it's expected because of the location, parking was stressful, if you didn't get a park on the street you had to do valet parking which was $35 a night.

Comfort at its best!
We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were conformable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. Everyone complains about parking but we just self parked across the street under the bridge. Easy and affordable. We will definitely be back again!

The stay was horrible. It was a romantic get away for my spouse and I. The room had hair all over the floor. The ceiling had a crap patch job above the bed. The bed had hair on the bedding. The valet said $35 and I was charged 45 plus tax. We asked for a different room and we were denied. I won't stay here again. Or refer this hotel for anyone and that includes Uber riders when I take them downtown from airport.

Hotel is at a corner and they have no parking except on the side of the road and only for like 5 cars.. They offer Valet parking but is $35 per day and they don’t even park your car close they park it like 2 streets down so if your in need of something from your car you can’t get it. And your able to request your car but have to do it 10-15 mins before so it gets there by the time your out the room..

Be prepared
The hotel is modern, great amenities and ok breakfast. The room is clean and spacious. It’s close to river walk and other attractions. Great overall BUT.. be prepared to pay $40 extra for valet parking… yes, there is a parking lot under the overpass but it looks really shady… that’s the only reason why I don’t give this hotel 5 stars.

I liked the location. Like the friendly, prompt valet service. Enjoyed the fully stocked breakfast bar. Liked the size or room, the stocked shampoo products & comfortable beds. What we didn't like: The evening coffee bar was not available, when asked twice about it, the desk clerk did not offer to have it stocked on a very cold night. My family was looking forward to Coffee & hot cocoa. The early check- in option was not available. When I called twice day of, we were told to check back @ later time, when checking back, we were told again, to check back. When arriving at 3pm, the room was still not ready. Had to wait additional time. The room furniture, floor & bathroom was dusty, floor around beds was not broomed properly. Found some hair in shower & floor.

My stay was good. Staff was very friendly but a bit unprepared. Some of our group received welcome bags and some did not. Maybe some were Hilton Members not sure. The hotel was noisy. I could hear the person above me walking around.

The only complaint and its not really a complaint is that there isnt a handle on the inside of the shower door but you can esily reach the top of the door to close it
