No Pets Allowed. Garage is locked off for storage, Sprinklers turn on automatically at night/morning based on city permitted days. Lawn maintenance crew will come out to cut the grass every two weeks or as needed.

Lovely Space
We stayed at this lovely home for a family reunion. The home was clean, the beds were comfy and the location is great! The house is located in a quiet and established neighborhood. The home is spacious and has many common areas that are perfect for socializing.

Not as expected
Owner was good to work with to correct what he could but it wasn't cleaned well, had lots of minor damage from prior renter that wasn't fixed or communicated to us prior to arrival. Layout not the best, you have to go through a bedroom to get to the 5th (bunk bed) room upstairs and no good for someone with limited mobility. Had 2 people fall down steps into sunken living room.

Great family reunion property!
The house is amazing! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a large family reunion. The kids, ages 1-8 had a blast and loved the bunk bed room and enjoyed all sleeping together. They also had a lot of fun playing in the backyard and different games, like hide and seek, throughout the house. All the adults loved it too!

The house was beautiful! We accidentally tripped the alarm going in but the Property manager was really nice about it. The kitchen was big and fully equipped for what we needed. We will definitely be renting again.

The back yard is full of mosquitoes probably due to stagnant water in what was once a fish pond. Bathroom upstairs is very small for 8 beds. Bathroom in guest room downstairs is a one person bathroom. There are many steps in the house that didn't show in the pictures. Kitchen is poorly equipped.

Great Place
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The house itself was a good size for our large group. Plenty of beds and spacing for activities. Kitchen was very useful minus a hiccup with the microwave malfunctioning. Communication with the host was good overall.
