The room was big! However it was not panoramic!! The furniture in the room was chipped and broken!! Room had a smell to it. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Bath tub was huge and deep however it wasn’t that clean. The bathroom had hairs all around it. They need to upgrade the rooms!!

The staff was courteous and very cheerful. However the hotel itself left a lot to be desired: Windows in our room were caked with dirt on the outside makig the beautiful view of the mountains less than spectacular. Lighting was poor in the unit, especially in the bathroom making it impossible to see makeup. Also the tp dispenser was mounted way too low and the coat hook on the back of the bathroom door posed a potential danger as it stuck out several inches at eye level. The breakfast was limited and of very poor quality.
