I contact management and. I one responded. I left my id and room card in the room 30 minutes after checking in. The front staff said he had to follow me to my room and tried to come in the room to see verification. He was combative and rude and he invaded my space. He knew who I was as I checked in with him, literally 30 minutes prior

The staff and accommodations were just fine. The problem was that our room was right on the side of the highway with 4 lanes of traffic each direction,. The noise was terrible, I was awake all night. If we had aroom on the front side it may have been different but i couldn't recommend a room in the back side or the ene. We were on the very end. Other that that it was a very nice hotel, i should have had earplugs or if they had any music channels to play I would have had that on all evening to help me rest but they didn't.

Alguien en recepción llamo en la madrugada solo para preguntar cuántos éramos en la abitacion, me pareció algo molesto ya que llegábamos de Utah y cuando llegamos solo llegamos hicimos check in y nos cambiamos para dormir mis abuelos y mi hermano y yo hagarramo una abitacion con doble recamara por la misma razón. Ni modo que la agarrara las dos solo para mi.

No ID no key.
Front desk help is terrible. In the middle of moving and had checked in very late. Returned a few hours later, the guy knew who I was, he took foreverr to check me in the night before. I needed a room key because I had misplaced mine along with my id. Absolutely could not do anything without seeing ID. He knew he was talking to the person who checked in the room, but had to be a stickler for policy. I guess since there is no written policy regarding transgender prostitutes, he allows them to hang out in the lobby and ply their trade without telling them anythiñg. Did he check their ids?
