What I love about this space:
Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, traveling for business, visiting family or friends, celebrating a graduation, or working on a solo creative project, the Redlands Guesthouse, located in the heart of Redlands' Historic District, is for you. This airy studio oasis, set back from the street and nestled up a flight of stairs in a separate building behind our 1925 Italian Revival home, invites you to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying its restful space inside or basking outside in the sun in the secluded pool area and garden. The Redlands Guesthouse glows with dappled light. Refreshing views of nearby San Bernardino mountains and backyard treetops beckon from every window. Singles, Couples, traveling professionals, and artists will find the space inspiring.

Ideas for activities:
Dip into the pool for a refreshing swim, soak in the hot tub, read a book (or write one!) in any of the numerous comfy garden seating areas, or take pleasure in an evening BBQ and fire ring. Explore the neighborhood! Delight in strolling through the shaded tree-lined neighborhoods (Redlands is famous for its stately mature trees!). Let history take you down memory lane past 100+-year-old Craftsman, Victorian, Queen Anne, Eastlake, Spanish Colonial, and Arts & Crafts homes and bungalows. The Redlands Guesthouse is 6 blocks from the historic A. K. Smiley Public Library (great resource for research; plus, you can get a same-day free library card!), the Lincoln Shrine (the only museum and archives dedicated to the study of Abraham Lincoln and the American Civil War west of the Mississippi River), and the famous Redlands Bowl—which hosts free world-class concerts and musicals Tuesday and Friday nights throughout the summer. 1 block further is the charming downtown district where you can shop for unique clothing and gifts or dine at any one of Redlands’ delicious restaurants. On Thursday evenings, enjoy downtown’s bustling Market Night, with local produce, hand-crafted wares from local artists, and international cuisine booths.
