Imagine waking up to the sounds of the Pacific Ocean and falling asleep to the lull of the gentle surf from your beach chic view condo on a quiet street in the heart of “The Pier Bowl” in San Clemente steps from the beach. With amazing sunsets and pier and ocean views out to Catalina Island from the living and dining rooms, this home is ideally located just minutes from the pier and train station. Downtown, with a stellar array of restaurants and shops, is just a short walk away.

Enter this beautiful one-story condo through a slider door on its semi-private patio, where you can barbecue and dine alfresco with the ocean sounds and breezes accompanying you. A lovely great room with a living area with lots of comfortable seating, a TV, a gas fireplace, and breathtaking ocean views. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie after your day’s adventures or before they begin.

The light, bright modern kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. It has everything you need to meet your culinary desires, including an indoor table next to it.

The primary bedroom has a TV and a full en suite bath. A second bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there is also a full-size sofa bed in the living room. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, cable, and WIFI.

Great Location
Great apartment and perfect location. Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views....Would recommend! We did have an issue that required help from Vacasa. The gate on the garage door closed on our rental car and caused major damage. Vacasa was easily reached but never followed up with us after couple of calls and several texts. I just wished the follow up would of happened and at least show a little concern.

Property is very nice. Spacious and nicely updated. Walk to the beach is a reasonable distance. My only suggestion is they need to find a better arrival procedure. We arrived late (after dark) with a carload of groceries and couldn't figure out how to get into the garage. Fortunately, another resident just happened along and opened the garage gate for us. Once inside our unit we found the remote and all went well from there. This is a very nice property and I would highly recommend it.

They could have spent a bit more time cleaning as the whole place smelled musty when we first got there and we killed a few bugs indoors, but we were on vacation so we chose not to care! Great time
First time ever using VRBO and didn’t know what to expect. Was very happy with this property. Very clean and wasn’t lacking in anything. We had 2 teenagers and a 5 year old and there was plenty of room for everyone. Parking garage is nice to have but if you have a big truck, you won’t fit in it. All the amenities are in the house already. Very nice place to play with your family. Very close to beach and pier, also.

Great rental!
We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 9-13). The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the location is fabulous - close to everything! Short walk to the beach and close enough for older kids to come and go on their own. This place is clean and bright and comfortable. We'll definitely try to stay here again!

This condo is wonderful! Easy key code for the door and everything was ready for us when we walked in. We immediately went to the big picture window in the living room. Not only can we see the ocean, but you can hear it when you open the windows. Everything was comfortable and welcoming. The cleaners ought to mop the floor, but it was at least swept. There were plenty of beach and regular towels, linens, even supplies for the dishwasher and laundry. The wagon and beach toys were also a pleasant surprise. It really is such a short walk to the beach and was easy to enjoy whenever we wanted. We will definitely be back to enjoy this property again.

This place was fantastic. Big picture window pointed right at the Ocean View, with 2 recliners to relax and enjoy. Every Morning brought different colors on the water. Also the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, even a wagon to load up for a day at the beach. Great location 1 minute walk to the Ocean. We'll be back again. Highly Recommend!

Great location!!
This was my retreat while kids were away at camp. Wished they were with me as the second room had great twin beds that looked cozy and very clean. Master was so clean and comfortable and fell asleep each night to waves crashing. Great ocean view from livingroom. NO air-conditioning but the ceiling fans were enough to keep it cool. No private deck to grill on but there is a grill outisde the front door with a table which seems fine. Walking to the beach in 2 minutes every day for long walks and swims was by far the BEST part of this location. Also, food and restaurants around the corner. Great parking underground too. Would rent again 100%!!! with my kids next time!

Lovely place, lovely locaiton, a couple of problems
We had a great time. There is a just a bit of attention that needs to be paid to three things: 1. The handrail to the unit from the parking garage had a loose bolt. As elderly folks who like a bit of support on stairs and for my brother, who is handicapped, it was difficult and potentially dangerous. It needs a good strong bolt! 2. One of the chairs in the living room was badly stained. Please clean it! 3. The master bathtub is slippery. At least, it should have a non=-skid mat, better yet a non=skid surface and a grab bar.
