Our pet-friendly adorable 1 bedroom craftsman home with your very own HUGE private fenced in backyard, is centrally-located. Set between Hillcrest & Mission Hills, our location is walking distance to countless coffee shops, restaurants, & bars. This charming home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (w/kids), & even your furry friend! Come soak up the amazing year-round weather San Diego has waiting for you!
The Space:
Our beautiful home has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa bed measuring 55 in by 80 in. There is an on-site XL Maytag washer and dryer available free of charge (shared with the tenant in the front house). The kitchen is fully stocked including gas stove and microwave. Bathroom has a tub/shower.
Guest Access:
The entire back half of the property is yours including the private fenced yard. There is a front home that is separate and has its own yard. The laundry is a shared common space at the rear of the main house.
The Neighborhood:
Mission Hills and Hillcrest at 2 of the hippest neighborhoods in San Diego. Rated as the most walkable neighborhoods in San Diego with scores of bars, restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Plus you are mere minutes from the beach, airport, Balboa Park, Sea World, the Gaslamp, Little Italy and Petco Park.
Getting Around:
Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego
Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Pets are welcome, though we don't allow cats in this property! Our standard pet fee is $100 (this may vary dependent on length of stay & type of pet). Please let us know if you will be bringing along your furry friend!
Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.
