Relaxing and gated, two-bedroom, two-bath Penthouse condominiums (North Unit or South Unit with new Wood Floors) on Mission Bay in Mission Beach with 180-degree views of La Jolla Hill, the Bahia Resort Hotel, and Mission Bay. These spacious (each unit is 1,250 square feet), third-floor condominiums are perfect for families, multi-families or couples looking to get away for a nice, relaxing vacation. Sit on the patio and watch the SPECTACULAR Fireworks Show from SeaWorld!

Rent the condos as a 2bd/2ba or as a 4bd/4ba. Both of our condos are waterfront and across the hall from each other. Rent the entire 3rd floor out! Our 4bd/4ba set-up is great for multi-families. The secure elevator brings you right up to both front doors. There are also two staircases that lead right up to each condo. Relax and unwind on the furnished balconies or catch some rays on the sand or in the water. Just steps away from the bay boardwalk, one short block from the ocean and two blocks north of Mission Bay Park & the Famous Belmont Roller Coaster!

The large and spacious master bedrooms have king-size beds, an adjoining master bath, and Direct TV. Open up the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! The second bedroom has a Queen bed (South unit) or two twins (North unit), DirectTV and water views. The spare bathrooms have a shower/tub. Each unit has two twin rollaway beds. There is also a crib, playpen and highchair in the South Unit and a high chair and playpen in the North Unit for the little ones!

The kitchen has everything you need to serve up a feast! Lots of storage space for groceries and a breakfast bar with stools and bay views (South Unit). The living rooms have leather couches and Direct TV. Watch your favorite show or just relax on the couch and look out to the amazing view of the bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The gas fireplace is always nice for chilly evenings. Each condo comes with one covered parking space. We do not have air conditioning, but we do offer fans for your use.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!: We are one street north of the Belmont Roller Coaster and directly west of the Bahia Resort. Enjoy a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle. The units are just a five-minute drive to Sea World, just a short drive to the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park and a 30-minute drive from Legoland, It is also just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools. We are walking distance to about everything - shopping, dining (Starbucks is around the corner!), entertainment, indoor pool, arcade, carousel, roller coaster and other rides and games, grocery store, bike/skate/boogie or surf board rental shop, park, etc. Almost everything is within a 5-minute walk!

Our condo was clean, updated kitchen and baths and tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. Kelly, our host, was awesome. I had a few questions upon arrival and Kelly texted back immediately. The view from our third floor balcony was incredible. My niece loved collecting seashells on the marina beach. Highly recommend and would book again!

Overall upkeep of the place was pretty bad. The place was dated, but would have been OK if it had been cleaned, painted and repairs done. Driving up to the car port, the entrance doors were in need of paint. Plaster had been knocked off one post and needed to be replaced. First view upon entering the the condo was a dirty window with bird poop on it. Window sills had not been cleaned for quit some time. dinning chairs were dirty. A brand new refrig. in the kitchen, but the ice-maker had not been hooked up. Drapes in living room were broken. Master bath had mold in the shower, and plaster falling off thenwall with rust showing. We generally had a good experience. The view from the 3rd floor was spectular,and the beach was beautiful and clean.

Visited with my three grown children. Location was perfect for our needs.. loved the Mission beach view out the big windows.. Could walk to so many restaurants, the beach, bike rental place, etc... Comfy, spacious accommodations made for a perfect peaceful super last minute getaway. Quick and helpful responses from the host during and after the booking process. On my second night, had a late night issue coming back to one of the other tenants parked in my unit's dedicated spot, but the property manager was on it like white on rice and got the situation handled. This upstairs unit looks out on the quiet bayside. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, everything was in good condition. My 3 adult children live in San Diego and there was plenty of room for them to eat with us and also sit in the living room, more so than in larger places we have rented. Elevator worked well. We would stay here again.

Honestly location is what you are paying for here! It’s was perfect for our family of 5 which included our 9,7 and 5y/o kids. We stayed in the 3rd floor south facing unit. Given the price and location of this stay I did expect that regular maintenance and upkeep of the grounds would have been better. Things such as holes in the screens on the windows, tape on light fixtures, lifting of wood paneling on dining room fan, rust in showers, etc. Given all of that, we really didn’t stay inside of the unit much anyway so it was easy to overlook. Beds were comfortable. All of your basic needs are met with this place!!! Property manager was super nice and helpful with a mishap I experienced. Dropped my car keys down the elevator shaft so beware!!! Hold on to those keys and small items as there is a large gap that between the elevator and elevator entrance. Overall I would recommend this property!!!

Perfect family getaway for my 70th birthday.
With the floor to ceiling windows, the view of Mission Bay was amazing. Even on rainy days I was able to watch boats from the covered balcony. We were also only three blocks from Mission Beach, so we walked over to listen to the roar of the waves. The condo was well stocked for entertaining with matching dishes for 24, so perfect place to celebrate my birthday. My only suggestion would be another chair or two on the deck if that would be possible. Thank you Kelly for being a great host.
