We enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic. The only information we want others to know is you can't fit an SUV or large vehicle in the parking spaces (well maybe if you're excellent at parking).Don't let the parking deter you! You can walk to food (grocery and restaurants), playgrounds, the beach, the bay, theme park, and activity rentals within minutes.Great spot with a great owner :)

Comfortable and great location
We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and down the sidewalk to the bay. Lots of good restaurants and easy Uber access in this area! Visited the USS Midway ship and learned a lot ! Didn’t enjoy much about the Gaslamp district. Mission beach definitely our favorite and the Bocelli comcert at Pechanga arena was incredible !

Just a short getaway to the cooler weather for a couple days. We all had a wonderful time and saw one of the Pandas at the San Diego Zoo! Good pizza from Luigi’s, good seafood at World Famous, and good Italian at Enoteca Adriana. We would recommend this property for a small group or a couple

We were a group of 4. 3 ladies of 60 and 1 guy of 30 (son) The accommodations were perfect for our group. With the 2 bathrooms my son had his own privacy! The location is perfect. Easy to get to and close to everything you need!! The public walkway to the beach is directly across the street. If I ever have the chance to be back in the area, I would not hesitate to use again. This charming beach house was so comfortable. It had everything we needed to go to the beach-beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal-great selection of pots and pans, baking sheet, great selection of cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and silverware. Very Comfortable Beach Home
I highly recommend staying in Marcy's Mission Beach vacation home. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio in the mornings and used the grill one night as well. The house is conveniently located within walking distance from both the Bay and the Beach. Parking in Mission Beach is always a challenge so having the parking spots is an extra bonus. I agree with other reviews that the parking spots are tight but we were able to fit our large rental SUV into one of them.
