We were in town for a conference but did not want to pay the high room rate for the conference hotel. We stayed here as the price was excellent and walkable to our conference. The room was very clean and freshly remodeled. Beds were comfortable and front desk was very friendly. The only issue was one night a large group of some sort of work crew basically took over the spa area of the pool to have a party. They were playing loud music, smoking cigs (and the green stuff) and drinking from multiple glass containers. We ended up vacating due to the group and so did a mom and her kids. Also, the service and food at the attached restaurant (Bunz) was pretty bad. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and we will stay again.

Okay for the money, but not if you hate earwigs
The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. There were a few shortfalls with physical plant, such as the door being incredibly hard to open and the water for the shower requiring 100 turns to operate (Room 312). But the main reason for my poor review is that on the last day of my stay I was startled to my toes by earwigs coming out of the door that slides into the wall by the bathroom. I acknowledge it well may be earwigs are to California as roaches are to NYC, but for me they are one of the most disgusting things you could discover in a room you've been in for a week. Unfortunately this happened as I was packing to get to the airport so I did not have time to tell the front desk.

I was good until I checked in and was hit with $20 parking fee per day. I dont like hidden charges. Add to that the parking spaces were small and I guess everybody is supposed have compacts .on Saturday night my truck dodge ram 1500 couldnt access parkingbecause another truck parked in a spot where a small sportscar was opposite and the opening. I also did not find any disable parking spots and ended up 2 buildings away. That why I gave you the two that were certainly earned

Nice clean room with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. However, the beds were kinda high -- - difficult to get into -- and very squishy soft Difficult to move around in.

The staff all worked so hard to keep the motel clean. They even used a leaf blower to clean the parking lot. Unfortunately, we were there when there was a heat wave. Air conditioner worked perfect in our room. The front desk staff were so Helpful and kind. I would definitely stay there again.
