Our room had a shower/bath combo and the shower head was there but didn't work. We literally stayed just to take a shower and lay our heads down before our early out the next am. We made due with a bath, but disappointing

The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect. My only disappointment is that I left my electric toothbrush in the room. I called as soon as I arrived home and asked them to look for it. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a call back. Apparently the staff needed my toothbrush more than I did .. .

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The facilities were clean, the food was good and the shuttle was prompt. My only wish would be for a shuttle to the MCRD base. If they had that, this would be the perfect hotel

Terrible Experience – Ants Everywhere! I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn, and it was an absolute nightmare. What started as a promising stay quickly turned into a disaster. After just a few hours in the room, we found ants crawling all over the dresser. I called the front desk, and while the staff member assured me they’d arrange a room change, they hung up without offering any follow-up or immediate solution. Given that it was 11:30 PM and both my two-year-old daughter and 11-year-old niece were already asleep, we decided to stay put and deal with it until morning. But the nightmare wasn’t over. The next night, my niece screamed after finding ants in her bed. When we inspected the room, we found ants not only on the dresser but also on our belongings and even in an open coconut water we had left on the counter. The room was infested—completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging the rates they do. While one staff member later tried to be helpful, my initial interaction with another staff member made it seem like they just wanted us gone rather than fix the issue. In the end, I had to book a different hotel for $450 just to escape this nightmare. I’m beyond disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value cleanliness, avoid this place at all costs. This review captures the frustration and key points of your experience. Let me know if you’d like to tweak anything further!

Very well kept property we had zero complaints. They offer free 4 hour EV charging, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Beds were ok, room smelled wet and was very humid. There was construction going on and the AC unit in the room was really loud. Location was good and close to everything but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise and musky room smell

First room they put us in smelled horrible and there was dog poop in the room. The next room had an air conditioner that was going out and made a horrible noise while we were trying to sleep.
