Due to the fact that this hotel likes to host pool parties, it’s quite upsetting that the pool is as small as it is. It probably would have been better if there was no jacuzzi or that many cabanas around the pool area so that they could have actually expanded the pool for the amount of people they let in when hosting events .

I loved that it was minutes away from everything I wanted to do however I wish they would not load the in-room fridge with things. I didn't have room to put my water in so I took theirs out and put it back when I left. I understand they want you to buy their products however it should not be mandatory to do so!

Hard Rock gas lamp district
We decided to go to a concert at Petco field and chose the Hard Rock hotel for the easy access to the stadium which was great. There were a couple of issues that we had that were pretty gross. When you turned on the sink in the bathroom it gave off a smell of sewage from the overflow hole in the sink. The pillows were comfortable but the mattress was not. There are a lot of homeless people in the gas lamp district as well. Not an issue with the hotel but just something that made me uncomfortable.

Staff was great; valet was very convenient; room was comfy; location was down the street from Petco. The only downside we encountered was not getting service at the bar downstairs. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a hard time getting to the hotel by car. 5th Ave was closed do to a concert at Petco Park. We finally found our way to valet parking. The valets were great. We checked in and no one told us, or others to use your room key to operate the elevator. (There is a sign inside the elevator) We saw a man injure his arm when it got in the elevator door. When we got to our room there was toothpaste on the bathroom faucet. We asked for a refrigerator that was dropped off in our room. Unfortunately we were unable to use it because when we opened the refrigerator door it was very stinky inside. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It was great. There is a coffee stain on my pillow case that is a little disconcerting. Makes me think the sheets were not cleaned but i am hoping for the best. The room was fun. Noisy but fun!
