Its a very clean hotel near many tourist attractions. Many restaurants nearby. It would be nice if they offer free breakfast and free airport shuttle.

The hotel is good condition and in a good location, you can just walk to the little Italy and museums, just get ready to be robbed with $55 per night for valet parking and there is no way to skip it. The advertising says “parking available” but at the very end, really small there is something about valet parking but nothing clear.

This property is close to the harbour and only minutes away from attractions like the Seaport Village, Liberty Public Market, USS Misway Museum, lots of restaurants and shopping around. The hotel has many amenities like a pool, fitness centre, a restaurant, a little store for snacks and incidentals. The rooms and bathrooms are big, spacious, clean and comfortable.

The room design is very well thought out for a small space. The pillows and mattress could use an upgrade. Staff was polite and helpful. I’m hooked on Hilton vs the other brand that rhymes with chariot. Great stay!

The property location, ambience and cleanliness was amazing, the front desk folks they were little busy. They treated almost everyone I saw like rudely as people travel from different locations to enjoy the stay and they said we can’t check you since the rooms were not ready to occupy. We (including other folks) had to wait for 3-4 hour before we could get into our rooms

We stayed in room 207 - anytime the sink was run, it smelled very strongly of sewage and then lingered for an incredibly long time. And then the piping/plumbing was very loud and would make a noise that could be heard through the door being closed and woke us up on multiple occasions. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful. The valet was the only option for parking, and $55 a night felt like excessive. Overall, not a terrible experience. But the room’s smell and plumbing issues will be the reason we don’t stay here again.

Returning from a hiking trip, we had an early flight and opted to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Parking on-site is very expensive, and we opted to return the rental and walk back to the hotel. The harbor area is very walkable, there are many eateries nearby. There is no airport shuttle.
