The plumbing from the floor above with leaking down in the bathroom when I arrived. I was told that the night would be comped and that the plumbing would be repaired the next day. The plumbing was repaired the next day, but the bathroomwas left filthy. Also, I was fully charged for that night With no response from the hotel with my repeated inquiries afterwards.

It was easy to check-in, staff was friendly, front desk granted late check out. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 7. The location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Overall, great stay and would return.
