This was like Disneyland for adults! What a unique and delightful place. What I didn’t like was no housekeeping service other than exchanging used towels for new ones; no dresser to put our things in; no refilling of water. Everything else was just great and we would come back again

If You’re Looking to Par-tay…
Unique, swanky little place! If you’re looking for a party, this is the spot. The decor is fantastic and all the little quirks like the diner and bowling alley really make this place one of a kind. Service, food, and cocktails were good. I want to reiterate that this is a party spot. The music is loud, the crowds around the pool and out and about the hotel are loud, and it goes all night. If you’re looking for a chill, low key, quiet night’s sleep, this is not the place. And get a sitter for the kiddos, this is not the place for kids.

The Lafayette is worth the experience! Loved the intention. Every detail went back to the story/ies of the rich history of the Lafayette. Staff was happy to be there and that speaks volume to the intention. Thank you to all the staff during our stay we definitely be back.

Designer Maximalist Dream Hotel
My husband and I stayed a Friday night at The Lafayette and we were in awe of its beauty, design, thoughtfulness in every detail and how it felt like a mini resort. The property is huge and offers a little bit or everything. You might be able to catch live entertainment at Lou Lous in the basement, dinner at Quioxte, a drink by the pool or at its multiple bars, or grab a late night bite at their diner that’s open 24/7. Did I mention enjoying some games at the Gutter bar? The rooms are so dark, cozy and comfortable. I personally loved the mini not so mini bar. Service was decent. Not over the top nice, just to the point and willing to help if asked. We did meet the manager on site in passing who was super sweet and told us where to explore! Get lost on this property, you won’t regret it. Disclaimer: If you’re staying Friday or Saturday, this hotel gets crazy busy at night as it appears to be a local destination probably for all their bars or food options. Also, the walls aren’t super thick - and we were next to a bunch of party groups who were loud at the wee hours of the morning. They provide ear plugs - you’ve been warned.

This place turns into a nightclub as soon as the sun goes down. Spotlights at the front entrance, multiple security guards just to get through the front door, music bumping and blaring till 2am with a bunch of drunk and trashy "influencers" threatening to sue you if you ask them to be quiet at 3am. Won't ever stay here again. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. This place is overpriced and underclassed once you get through the front door.

Quirky cute and cool hotel. Nice remodel. Vibe is great. Ideal for full relax by the pool. The food by the pool was okay (great Caesar, terrible onion rings, okay fries, not so good avocado toast) great cocktails. Customer service could be improved, zero smiles. Service could be faster for drinks by the pool Must improve pillows they are terrible, very very soft as if they are missing filling. Not daily housekeeping, and only by request is a downer, makes it feel like a not quality enough hotel.

You’ll need to fight for a chair by the pool
Beautiful and eclectic hotel. The pool is the crown jewel, but unfortunately there’s a first come first serve (including outside guest passes for the pool area). I left my chair for a brief call and came back to a squatter who refused to leave. The pool staff couldn’t be bothered to help.
