Too many things to list. Noisy trains all night long. Power went out and had to walk 22 flights of stairs in which we couldn’t get into our rooms with the key cards. Power was out over 4hrs. Missed bday reservations. No running water during outage. When power came on the water was orange and stayed that way for over 24hrs. Couldn’t shower or brush teeth. Only thing they gave us for all the hassle was $100 credit. Ridiculous

Everyone was super friendly, and the more I leaned on the hotel service the easier things were. First family trip, valet is REQUIRED because there’s so little parking. View was amazing, and the kids would probably say the hotel was the best feature but I enjoyed the view.

Check in - only one person, then a second was available to check in a long line of guests. At check in time should consider having additional staff available. As I mentioned, location is unbeatable.
