Best vacation rental experience Ive ever had. House was stocked really well with everything you could need. Lots of beach toys for the lids, bikes, great setup for cooking. Iwe didnt lack for anything

Great Location and Beautiful House
The location of this property was perfect for our stay. One block from the beach and close to everything we needed. The house is well stocked with everything you'd need for a beach vacation including two bikes and chairs for the beach. Alex was a great communicator and really accomodated our every need. Our only misstep was having a rental vehicle that was too large for the garage and parking became a huge issue. Street parking is challenging because they do street sweeping twice a week (unbeknownst to us) we got a ticket, and pay attention to the parking lots because some don't allow overnight. We should have read the information that Alex provided in a folder. We had a Ford Expedition. There is no way that was going to fit in the garage. So we did a lot of searching for parking while we were there which was the only downside to our visit. Everything else was amazing.

Best stocked property we have ever stayed.. our stay was so enjoyable. From the sound machines in every room to the luxurious wine glasses this property spared no expenses to have their guests spoil themselves! I definitely would recommend this property.

Great place to stay! The house was very equipped in the kitchen, plenty of bath towels, and beach towels, and lots of accessories for the beach! We enjoyed the bikes as well! Short walk to the bay and ocean. The host was quick to respond. There was a broken shower head in the master otherwise everything else was in perfect working order. Thank you, Alex, for accommodating our family! I would stay here in the future! 😊

Perfect Location
This property is perfectly located between Mission Bay and Mission Beach. We were able to easily access the bay and ocean. The house was immaculate. The hike up the stairs was tough at times but still worth it. We spent a lot of time on the patios with our kids when we weren’t at the beach. There are beach toys, bikes, beach chairs, and anything else you can think of in the garage. We couldn’t believe everything that was available to us! We had a minor issue with the freezer, which the owner responded to quickly. He checked in on us to make sure that we checked in. There were gifts for our kids on the counter! This place is more than 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect family spot
Our family with 3 young kids stayed here and it was a hit! The most well stocked and thoughtfully stocked place we’ve rented. Nice decorative finishes as well. They thought of everything, beach items, kitchen extras, kids loved the two boxes of toys in the bunk room. It was so sunny and clean! Loved morning walks along the bay and evening strolls on the busier boardwalk for sunsets. Parking was tight but it was very nice to have a spot. The hosts were easy to work with, very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was well. Would 100 percent recommend this place!

Very new and exceptionally well-stocked and well-maintained house nicely situated a few houses in either direction to Mission Bay or the Pacific Ocean (and beach boardwalk). Centrally located so easy drive to San Diego sites in all directions.

great place to stay for spring break! close to beach and nice clean property. easy contact with owner and everything was just as it should be for a long stay. well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. my kids had an awesome spring break. and the street was very aesthetic for teenage girl photos :)

Beautiful townhome, clean and accurately displayed in listing photos. Owner (Alex) very responsive and helpful. Great location- lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance and centrally located to enjoy all the SD area has to offer. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house in mission beach
This house was perfect for our family of four. Great location with an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Alex was great at communicating with us before and during our trip. The garage is a tight fit so make sure you get a small suv or car. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s Like Stay At A Friends House
You can tell that the family that owns this house, loves it & uses it. We have a 1 year old and 2 year old so staying in hotels or another persons house can be hard for us. This house is the perfect combinations of luxury and family friendly. This house has everything you need for a beach vacation (towels, chairs, bikes, toys, sand wagon, & even a hose in the garage). The property owner did a wonderful job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend!!!

Every detail was though of, this is a fully stocked home! Simply pack your things and come get away, everything from full-sized toiletry items to a stocked kitchen, along with fun (and handy) items for the beach...which is just steps away. GREAT location and attentive communication with the manager during our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great for families!
We loved our stay. The property was well stocked with beach toys and kitchen equipment and the location was great! We walked along the beach each morning and got fresh coffee, juice and bakery treats from local businesses - all within a short walk! The hosts were great - very thoughtful and responsive. Wonderful Stay Next To Beach and Bay
Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished, brand new townhouse conveniently located steps from Mission Beach and Mission Bay. The home has many thoughtful details and includes lots of beach equipment and supplies. The kitchen is well stocked for easy meal preparation, though there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very kind, and offered many helpful suggestions. We highly recommend this home and hope to return ourselves soon.

Perfect beach getaway
We made this our home for a month and it was the perfect choice. This property is located between the bay and the ocean, with just a block or less to walk. It is a relatively new building and very clean with all of the amenities you need to enjoy the beach - umbrellas, chairs, wagon, stand-up paddle board, etc. Alex was a great host, checking in to see how things were and even providing a crib for our stay.

Place was immaculate, just as advertised. Real comfortable for the family and everyone enjoyed it. As with most places in the area, the garage was tight and not easy to get in an out of. Communication with the owners was great and they were super helpful.
