What a wonderful place and location!
Spent part of the holidays here, and had a wonderful time! The home has everything you might need and in a quiet location, within driving range of all kinds of stores. We will most definitely be back!

Fun Getaway
This place was just as advertised. Right on the beach in a super clean quiet are on Mission Beach. Walking distance to everything. Restaurants, Stores, Belmont Park, playgrounds and Bay. Couldn't have ask for a better location. Unit had everything you needed for a perfect getaway. Thank you.

The view and the location were impressive
Previous reviews said the unit was outdated. I would agree especially with the small bathroom and kitchen. TV's were miniature in size. No A/C and the fan in one of the bedrooms did not work and you can't open windows at night. Parking was not easy but doable. Do not understand why there is a large cleaning fee when I had to strip the beds, do the dishes and take out the trash. Plus no daily service. Am not a fan of short term rentals. The extra charges of a cleaning fee, a service fee, taxes, and protection insurance and a deposit all add up.

Best patio on the beach
I absolutely love staying in this unit and I do so every chance I get. The property manager Kim and her husband are amazing and responsive. This location is beautiful and within walking distance of everything we needed.

Great location!!
This is a great location, so fun to be right on the beach and in a quieter south mission beach location. The outdoor space is nice and it’s nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards. The mattresses are comfortable. The unit is a little old and not recently remodeled (popcorn ceilings, small tub). The towels could also be updated. The TVs are small and no Netflix access through the TVs. But it’s clean and comfortable and worth it for the location and being right on the beach.

Great beach vacation
Overall great place, really nice patio space right on the beach compared to most rentals. Only downside is traffic at night leaving the beach parking lots. It deadlocks the only road out for a couple hours. Probably a non issue in the summer when it’s light until 9. In February it was traffic from about 5:30 to 7:15.

Great place and great location!
Fantastic location, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. It’s our second time renting through this property manager and we are once again very pleased! Very easy to work with, great communication and the property was clean and ready for us when we got to town. Basic amenities are well stocked and there was plenty of cooking utensils. A very nice way to spend our holiday. We will stay here again!

Nice oceanfront
We enjoyed this rental. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. There were 5 of us including a toddler and infant and we were very comfortable. It was one of the cleanest beach houses we’ve stayed in. There are a lot of rules but if you enjoy staying at nice places it makes sense why they want you to take care of the house. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Lots of rules but beautiful property
The property itself is great, it’s as close to the sand as you can get. Furnishings are comfortable, view is gorgeous. Considering the size of the unit, the bathroom is ridiculous though. So cramped and small, it’s a challenge to maneuver inside the tiny thing. It’s really a shame because the rest of the rental is quite spacious, especially for a beach house. If you prepare yourself for a really tiny, uncomfortably sized bathroom you’ll be fine. The other downfall is the rules of the property. There’s notes posted everywhere through the unit with threats of extra charges if rules are broken, and many of the rules were not included in the contract we signed. For example, the tv cabinet needed to be kept closed to prevent corrosion or we would be charged. Windows had to be closed at night because of bonfire smoke or we would be charged. I could go on. Also, one evening while sitting on the patio to watch the sunset, I received a message from the property manager that the owner had passed by and noticed a couch pillow outside and I was asked to take it inside. It caused an uneasy feeling, like we were being watched. Also, the contract we signed said no smoking, incense burning, or cigar smoking but when we arrived, the notes posted everywhere also said no vaping, even on the patio. This might not seem like a big deal, but we vape and part of the beauty of this place was thinking that we would be able to relax on the patio with a beer and our vape while enjoying the view. Instead, we had to leave the rental to be able vape. To be clear, I absolutely agree that the owner has the right to have whatever rules they want, but if this had been originally communicated we would have booked a different listing. I understand that renting out a property is risky and I appreciate the fact that some renters don’t treat properties appropriately. However, out of the 15+ properties we’ve visited, this one was the most rigid in rules and threats of charges. It made it hard to relax. If the property owner eased up just a little bit and included all the rules in the contract, it would make for a much better atmosphere
