Tämä kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneisto, josta on osittainen näköala lahdelle, on erittäin rauhallisella ja perheystävällisellä paikalla, aivan Sail Bayssä! Kävele rantatiellä tai paljain jaloin kostealla hiekalla rantaa pitkin tai ajella 4: n tarjoamiamme rantaristeilypolkupyöriä rantatien mailin ja mailin päässä lahdella ja valtamerellä.

Tässä suuressa, 1343 neliöjalkaa savuttomassa 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneistossa on 50-tuumainen taulutelevisio, kaapeli, DVD, nopea kaapeli-internet, Wi-Fi ja työpöytä, jotta voit työskennellä mukavasti kannettavalla tietokoneella. Ruokapöydän istuimet 6. Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja suuri taulu-kaapeli-TV, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar, kerrossängyt, joissa pohjassa täysi ja yhden hengen päällä kolmas makuuhuone, sekä TV ja DVD-soitin. Kuningatar vuodesohva olohuoneessa antaa ylimääräistä makuutilaa ja mukavassa olohuoneessa on helppo käyttää kaasulokkitakkaa tunnelman saavuttamiseksi.

Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas ja erityisen suuri hienostunut travertiinikaakeloitu kylpy- / suihkualue, jossa on suuri soikea kylpyamme ja erityisen suuri suihkupää. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on myös romahtunut travertiinilaatta pesuallasalueella ja täysi kylpyamme / suihku. Laadukkaat 500 kierrelukemat egyptiläiset puuvillalakanat ja pörröiset pyyhkeet mukavuutesi vuoksi. Tarjolla on myös rantapyyhkeitä, rantatuoleja ja aurinkovarjo. Kolikoiden pesutupa rakennuksen kummassakin kerroksessa noin 30 metrin päässä.

Voit nauttia näkymistä ja auringonlaskusta ruoanlaiton aikana avoimessa kalifornialaisessa keittiössä kaikilla uusilla laitteilla. Valmista ateriat haluttaessa, koska kaikki mitä tarvitset omien ateriesi keittämiseen, tarjotaan. Kauppias Joe's on vain mailin päässä ja tarjoaa laajan valikoiman lämmin- ja syömisvalmiita aterioita ja gourmet-salaatteja puhumattakaan hienosta viinivalikoimasta! Myös Henryn (villin kauran) markkinat, Vonin ja Ralphin markkinat ovat lähellä, samoin kuin lukuisia amerikkalaisia, äyriäisiä ja etnisiä ravintoloita valtameressä ja Pacific Beachin pääkadulla. Keskustaan kuuluva kaasulamppualue, jolla on upeat hyväpalkkaiset ravintolat, on vain noin 12 minuutin päässä ja Pikku Italia on noin 10 minuutin päässä. Great place for Pacific Beach visit
Great listing for convenient stay if visiting Pacific beach or surrounding area. Accommodations were great, condo was very clean and building areas/parking garage felt secure. Recently renovations to the living spaces were very nice. We had an awesome stay. Communication/emails with the listing agent were very good

Spring break stay
We came from Arizona for a few nights to enjoy the salty air and we left refreshed!The condo was awesome, clean, totally redone inside and had everything we needed. The instructions sent before you arrive are beyond detailed! We loved being able to walk out the back of the condo to the bay and enjoy a nice walk around the bay. It was super peaceful and not crowded at the bay. We would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

1st negative experience with a PB rental
We’ve rented a place in PB every year for the last 15 years and know the area well. For the following reasons, we had a negative experience with this one: 1. Check-in: the key to access the building was supposed to be in a lock box in the garage. It wasn’t. We had to call the management company, who directed us how to access the unit and get the key that had been inadvertently left there. Not a big deal and a one off, but set the tone. 2. Odor: the second you open the front door you get hit with a very harsh and unpleasant odor, which might be from the old carpet in the living room or maybe from aggressive cleaning solutions or both. In either case, it was very unpleasant. Fortunately weather was good so we were able to be out of the unit a lot. I emailed the management company (Nancy’s) and they called right away and sent someone to have a look, but didn’t resolve the issue. Even after several days of leaving windows open the smell didn’t abate. 3. Cleanliness: one of the pillows on a bed was unwashed, someone’s make-up was still on it. 4. General state: the building is old but the unit itself is pretty weathered, too. One example is the glass table in the living room has a broken corner that is simply wrapped with tape. That’s a $50 problem to solve that the owners have simply chosen not to. 5. Noise from above: this unit is on the ground floor, with another rental unit right above it (we saw one family depart and another arrive while we were there). If someone in the unit above walks at all, the noise is incredible; if a child runs and jumps, it’s unbearable. The Mission Bay location is great, especially for little kids who get the benefit of sand and water without the noise of the ocean. It’s a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants and very easy access to the freeway. But there are a couple dozen buildings on Riviera Drive right on the Bay - find a better one.

It's not what it looks like
First disappoinment: they don't have a swimming pool (the second photo in the add makes you believe there is one) Second disappoinment, it is a run down building; but the living space is very nice; the little problems we found were fixed very rapidly. (Thank you Laura) Oh, the view from the balcony is the only nice view, the other windows look to walls, to the entrance and to other people's private space (if you open the window you'll be watch by neighbors). The kitchen has everything you need. The sofa and living room chairs are very old and uncomfortable 😣. But if you spend your time outside, you'll forget the troubles. Ask for a front to the Bay location and enjoy.

The condo was so dirty,
The first night we got there we got there at 5 o’clock at night the elevators didn’t work we got your apartment finally and we had something to eat we wipe down the table and it was the cloth was black black. We then went to go to bed and I feet were black before we could get into bed we had to wash our feet. The next day they called to see how I’ll check in was and I explain to them how dirty the place was so they said they would send somebody up to redo it. At 4 o’clock the next day the cleaning lady showed up all she had was a dry mop she said that’s all she does she doesn’t wash the floors so that’s all she did so the floors remain filthy. The third day they called and we explained how dirty it was there was mold she asked me to wipe the floor with the paper napkin and sent her a picture of it so I did so then she came up herself they did wash the floors this time time. There was mold in the bathroom after four or five days everybody was sick we had to leave and go home. So no I would never recommend this place. Four out of the six people came home with sinus infections in Colds including the infant. There was no air-conditioning so you basically are sweating the whole time everything is sticky I definitely would not recommend anybody called out unless they’re just gonna go and party and don’t care about the floors.

Location is everything
Overall great experience staying at the property. Beds were uncomfortable and auto lights in the bathrooms a little disruptive. The floors are tile so on hot days they were great but on cold days brrrrrrr so cold bring slippers. The location is so good though. Steps to sail bay and boardwalk. So close to fanuel street park so excellent for little kids. I wish there was laundry in the unit but it’s so close it wasn’t super inconvenient and you can use a smart phone app to run so it may it pretty painless. The unit has all the stuff for traveling w kids - high chair, bed rails, lots of sand toys and a great selection of regular toys. My biggest complaint though was the noise. Because the unit is on the first floor located right near the entry gate it was loud on the weekends and kept waking my 5 yr old. I love this location but not 10% sure I would stay in this unit.

ON THE BAY!
What can I say - location was amazing. You walk from the garage (where you get two parking spaces) to the sand. There is also a wonderful breeze through the house when you open the windows. We had a problem with the handheld can openers but who cares! Would rent here again.

Everything we needed was there, from pots and pans to boogie boards!! People in the complex were very friendly but with a 14 month old that is as cute as a button everyone loved him!! A paddle board would have been an added bonus but great place for a small family like ours!

A Family Well Served
Three generations of our family traveling together on holiday were well served by the accommodations and the accommodating folks at Nancy's Vacation Rentals. There were a few minor difficulties which were handled efficiently and quickly by a very helpful staff. The location was perfect for our needs and the apartment itself gave each member of our family group privacy as well as utility needed in terms of kitchen and storage to do things in an economical fashion. The off street parking, beach stuff and bicycles were a definite plus. A great time together in a venue that I would use again without hesitation.

4+ star - Fabulous location, tons of space for a family
Terrific location - easy to get everywhere, EXCELLENT communication from rental office, incredibly easy beach access. Neighborhood felt lively but never crowded. Kitchen is very well-equipped, which worked so well for our family breakfasts and dinners.

Expectations were met
Seven of us came for a birthday celebration. We felt the location was excellent. The picture on the website was deceiving showing a pool. Why show the pool (which is not part of the building) when there is a good view of the place from the beach? The space was nice, clean, easy directions, comfy beds, good water pressure. Everyone liked the place and said they would stay there again.
