While I don't mind climbing a flight of stairs, I do mind carrying two 45lb bags up a flight of old iron stairs, there are no elevators in this place and I do not know how they meet ADA standards. Two of the four USB ports were broken, couldn't open the window due to broken latch, dead batteries in the TV remote and the TV didn't work and that's just for starters. A dump for $189/night

Sweet, clean motel with great walkable location. Water, drinks, and snacks are provided in room with high pricing per item ($4+). Noise level (active street, close to street/club/eatery, airplanes overhead) may be sensitive for some people and light sleepers; ear plugs kindly provided in room. Smelled clean, water hot, cold fridge, beds comfortable, towels and linens decent.

Well, I texted the property regarding the issues but didn't hear back so... Here we go. Loud. Arrived the person checking us in appeared to be angry we were a late check in even though we contacted them to tell them. Our room had paint peeling off the walls, bugs were throughout but to be fair they are near the water and that is to be expected. Arrived 11:30ish and the club across the street was going strong And that didn't change. In the morning we were out near the back and the delivery trucks start at 6 am. Hope you're not tired because that crap goes on and on. While the parking was nice because they had it, it was clear the hotel wasn't full and we were punished I think for the late arrival in the back, noisy when we could have been given a room not in the loudest possible place. The bathroom tiny.. I mean T.I.N.Y. shower was weak at best and didn't mention the paint peeling? In the bathroom too. The people we encountered after check in were very nice, the ice machine is under guard. You want ice? Only at the front desk. It was weird. You have to give your ice bucket to the front desk to get any. Towels are as tiny as the bathroom . The club is loud parking is tight but nice that they have it in such a busy area. The look in the lobby is cute but mostly it's lipstick on a pig. They really do a nice job with texting you but honestly should have responded to our stay issues.

The rooms are not well kept, the towels were dirty, there were hairs on the towels, bed, floor and they did not belong to me. Over all it was quiet but because of the dirtiness off the room I will not come back.

Beware
I would NOT recommend staying here. The rooms and bathroom are small. There is no chairs to sit in but small ottomans that are not sturdy at all. The beds are a little too soft for me as is the pillows but thats just my personal taste. Also beware they require a deposit that is not told to you until you arrive! There is a resturant at back of hotel were our room was near which to my discovery has their deliveries at 7 am that woke me up several times. The deadbolt on our door was broken and when brought to the hotels attention we were told there was nothing they could do for us. Honestly for the price we paid i was not impressed.

The room was small and had a strange odor when we arrived I had to open the windows. The beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were smaller than a standard pillow, the bathroom sink was extremely small, the paint in the bathroom was chipping, the bathtub was chipped and stained, felt dirty. Our room was in the corner and facing the parking lot it was very loud all night.
